Calling All Innovators: Prolong the Lifecycle of Products!

The remanufacturing business is expected to grow from €30 billion to €90 billion within the EU by 2030.

We are looking for innovators who contribute to accelerating remanufacturing into an industry that benefits people, the planet, and society. 

We are excited to invite you to participate in the online launch event for the Mirka Innovation Challenge! 

In this event Mats Sundell, R&D Director at Mirka, will present the innovation challenge and the Mirka incubator, M.INC®. Viktor Sundholm, representing M.INC®, will further on share the details for the innovation challenge process. At the end there will be a Q&A session. 

Register no later than the 12th of June, and we will send you the link the day before the event.

About the Challenge

What are we looking for?

  • For i.e. new industry areas and service entities, both for the industrial and consumer context.

  • Automation, robotization, 3D printing, laser cladding, AI, IoT and data etc.

  • Functional coatings and surfaces, superhard materials, surface finishing for biobased materials etc.

  • Servitization, product as a service concepts, outcome-based business models etc.
